The comparison of the effect of double and flat pyramid training methods on hypertrophy and muscular strength of male power-lifters

Background and Study Aim. Resistance training is considered as the most effective method to increase muscle strength mass. The present study aimed compare effect of a double pyramid flat methods on hypertrophy muscular male power-lifters.
 Material Methods. Thirty students (age 21.40±1.71 years) were randomly assigned three groups (10 subjects), control trained by traditional subjects). experimental sessions week for eight weeks whereas group continued their ordinary program in two week. Before after training, index was measured bench press, leg deadlift volume determined chest, arm, thigh. Data statistically examined analysis variance paired t test SPSS (ver. 21) software package. significance level set at P<0.05 level.
 Results. Significant differences observed among studied variables deadlift, well arm volume, chest thigh (P < 0.05). Bench increased significantly from pretest posttest all 0.001).
 Conclusion. A period has similar positive impacts power-lifters.
